Under some circumstances Moose Mountain Hottubs will consider, (within 30 days from the date of installation) a refund of the purchase price
of your hottub less a 15% restocking charge of full MSRP price.
This does not include special delivery, installation and related costs, for example: electrical contracting, use of a crane, etc.
The Hottub must be returned in New Condition. Customer is responsible for all costs for moving / delivery etc...
With all special sales priced Hottub Purchases, all sales are final as stated on the sales order form. There are no refunds or credits given on these purchases.
All Special Sale Priced Hottubs are due in full at time of ordering. Deposits are only allowed under special circumstances, and all deposits are non refundable.

Hottub Exchange Privilege
For 30 days from the date of installation, Moose Mountain Hot Tubs will provide you the privilege of exchanging your hot tub for another Moose Mountain Hot Tub model for the difference in the purchase price plus a 10% restocking charge of full MSRP price.
This does not include special delivery, installation and related costs for example, electrical contracting, use of a crane, etc.
Referral Rebate Guarantee
When you refer a friend, neighbor, relative or co-worker, who purchases a Moose Mountain Hot Tub, you receive a $50 rebate in water care supplies and accessories.
The buyer must mention your name at the time of purchase. There is no limit to the number of rebates you can earn.
